New Century Education understands that even the best software will not support your education program’s goals if it is not implemented well, so we include comprehensive training and software support service with each network purchase of the New Century Integrated Instructional System software.  Our education consultants and technical support personnel work closely with your staff to coordinate and provide software installation and teacher training, and to assist in your program start-up. The trainer/consultant will provide additional professional development visits throughout the first year of implementation to ensure that teachers have achieved program proficiency and are optimizing the software’s benefits for your students. All services are tailored to your program and goals.   

To ensure that your program maintains its high quality, New Century offers the same support services by contract after the first year. These Continuing Services are designed to help protect your initial investment in the New Century software through version updates and technical support, to address your continued staff development needs, and to assist in meeting your learning goals.
